This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions relating to the LevelUp Masters subscription software, owned and operated by Shane Worley the Marketing 1 LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing to and using LevelUp Masters (“Service”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

All Sales Are Final

  • All payments made for LevelUp Masters subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or account inactivity.

  • Promotional pricing, discounts, or trial periods (if applicable) are non-refundable once charged.

Subscription Termination

  • Account holders may cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Upon cancellation, access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise terminated by the account holder.

  • No refunds, pro-rata credits, or reimbursements will be issued for canceled subscriptions.

Responsibility of Account Holders

  • All account holders are solely responsible for managing, modifying, or terminating their subscription in accordance with this Policy.

  • Failure to cancel prior to a scheduled billing date will result in automatic renewal and charges, which remain non-refundable.

Company Liability Disclaimer

  • Shane Worley the Marketing 1 LLC and LevelUp Masters assume no liability for:.

  • Failure of an account holder to cancel a subscription in a timely manner.

  • Misuse of the Service by account holders or their representatives.

  • Financial loss, damages, or claims resulting from subscription use or termination.

  • By maintaining an active subscription, account holders expressly release and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of billing, cancellation, or subscription management.

We may update or revise this Refund Policy at our sole discretion. Updates will be posted on this page with the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
